We stayed at a hotel in a lovely area close to the dales, which was perfect for attending the Tough Mudder event. The staff were exceptional, always happy to help. The family room was amazing, very clean and comfortable with nice big towels in the bathroom. The refreshment facilities in the room were a great addition. The breakfast options included a light or full English, with a variety of choices such as fruit, cereal, toast, and fresh ground coffee.
The decor in some areas of the hotel was a bit outdated.

We had a fantastic stay, with clean and spacious rooms. The hotel facilities were great, including a pool, gym, and sauna. We appreciated the free parking available, and the location was convenient for our overnight stop to the Alhambra theatre. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel valued. The restaurant on-site, Moo, provided a delicious meal.

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding. The prices are fair and the attention to detail is remarkable. The location, near the city centre and the moo restaurant, is perfect for exploring the area and enjoying a hot breakfast with huge portions.
All was perfectly fine, no improvements needed.

Unexpectedly great family room booked last minute. Friendly staff at adjacent pub for a nice meal. Fantastic clean room, ample refreshments, and separate TV for kids. Clean bathrooms with big, nice-smelling towels. Accommodating receptionist on arrival. Comfortable bed and adequate leisure facilities. Delicious and reasonably priced food at the Moo restaurant.

The stay was absolutely very relaxing. Every detail was very good in this hotel, including staff and location. Swimming pool was nice too. Besides, we parked our car on-site.
